To Lead the business Support function at ADC India, providing insights, diagnostics, and education for achieving brand health, enabling sales team performance excellence and providing decision enabling information through analysis of internal external performance parameters. This position is to lead and develop Sales Force Effectiveness initiatives to support the long-term business growth in India; lead to shape, implement, measure sales force productivity; work with internal & external parties on sales marketing effectivenessbased projects mainly for the planning and organizing of the companywide meeting to facilitate sales productivity and sales and marketing optimization.

  • Lead and develop SFE measurement and process initiatives to help ensure result delivery and improve sales productivity as ultimately goal.
  • To make sure provide value added support in Sales information report and call reporting analysis.
  • Lead to develop solid system which performance could be measured, tracked in the effective way.
  • Coordinate and help initiate Sales Force Optimization project Co-work with IMS and SP sales & marketing in identifying business development opportunities and key initiatives for further investment and growth.
  • Develop metrics for measurement of competency & skills improvement and managerial coaching impact Must drive the team to effectively and timely communicate the sales objectives to the respective sales force.
  • Should be accountable and drive the team to track the actual sales budget achieved and the balance required for achieving the targets.
  • Designing and proposing sales incentives to drive performance & motivation. Evaluate earnings as per reward plan Must collaborate with the respective BU Director to motivate the sales force to achieve the sales target.
  • Lead the sales force automation initiatives, coordinate with service provides to ensure productivity enhancement and establishment of metrics to measure sales force effectiveness
  • Responsible for overseeing the commercial roll-out of new projects / initiatives meeting divisional objectives. Responsible for ensuring that the systems and procedures are in place which will allow the division to meet in an ethical and legally compliant manner. Strategic Planning Support:
  • Create business analytics (market / brand insight & performance matrix) to provide. required analytics to enable strategic planning and decisions, enabling right selection & targeting of customers, actionable territory sales force alignment etc.
  • FF Support : Provide support to FF operations in terms of timely incentive and expense payment Provide necessary support in terms procurement od essential kits for FF functioning Finance Support & Provisioning Should understand the finance process & overall CFS process of payments
  • Should be able to demonstrate that he/she has personally conceptualized & executed projects across different industries or businesses in Commercial Excellence & Training.
  • Minimum of 8-10years’ experience in Commercial Excellence & Training with at least 5 years in Sales
