MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
Leading both strategic & all operational commercial activities in assigned territory for ARDx business:
- Implement business strategy to be aligned with marketing Strategy and company direction.
- Contribute to business development by providing extensive market intelligence relevant to maximizing ARDx product portfolio market opportunities in assigned region.
- Manage and develop KOLs in the territory.
- Track business results vs projected budget and outcomes objectives.
- Support distribution partners including training, technical expertise of the ARDx product portfolio.
- Identify customer issues and resolves them related difficulties.
- Act as a resource for contract negotiation, pricing, proposal, bid preparation and all customer follow up.
- Timely follow up and management of all leads that are distributed in assigned territory.
- Coordinate and facilitate of market regulatory requirement & procedures.
- Comply with Abbott Corporate Policies and Procedures. Ensure all business activities are conducted professionally, aligned with regulatory and industry guidelines and are conducted in a manner consistent with Abbott’s Code of Conduct guidelines, and Abbott’s Anti-Corruption Policy.
MINIMUM BACKGROUND/ EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- At least 3-5 experiences of working in healthcare industry with preferably in Diagnostics or Pharmaceutical companies.
- Experienced in working with distribution partner or local spot dealers.
- Conversant in English and Vietnamese.
- Proficient skills in MS Office.
- Aggressive, ability to work under high pressure.
MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIRED
- University Degree in Biologists, Pharmacists and MD preferable.
