We are seeking a Digital and Solution Manager
This role involves leading the implementation of Abbott Diabetes Care’s digital health solutions within healthcare environments and electronic medical record platforms in Sweden. The Digital and Solution Manager will work strategically to ensure our digital tools and continuous glucose monitoring technology optimize healthcare efficiency while driving access to Abbott's complete diabetes care solutions.
Roles and Responsibilities
Lead the integration and implementation of digital health solutions across Sweden
Act as the primary contact for product knowledge related to digital solutions
Support healthcare institutions with seamless technical integration and training
Provide expert application knowledge and guidance on digital health solutions
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in healthcare and information technology
Develop customer accounts in collaboration with the sales team
Train and support the sales team on digital solutions, updates, and new features
Drive sales initiatives to optimize healthcare using digital tools and technology
Develop business strategies to enhance digital health adoption
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders for successful product implementation
Support healthcare providers in transitioning to demand-driven care models
Travel across Sweden three to four days per week in a field-based role
Your Profile
Background in technology, sales, or healthcare-related fields
Knowledge of information technology project management, preferably within healthcare
Sales experience in pharmaceutical or medical technology industries
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders
Proactive mindset, willing to challenge and innovate for better healthcare solutions
Fluent in Swedish and English
