The Opportunity
This position works out of our Burlington, MA location in the Heart Failure Division. In Abbott’s Heart Failure (HF) business, we’re developing solutions to diagnose, monitor and manage heart failure, allowing people to restore their health and get on with their lives.
Responsible for managing the design, planning, construction and maintenance of equipment, machinery, buildings and other facilities. Plans, budgets and schedules facility modifications including estimates on equipment, labor, materials, and other related costs. Oversees the coordination of building space allocation and layout, and facilities expansion. Serves as liaison between the company and local municipalities and agencies related to facilities activities. Coordinates on-site logistics, receipt and distribution of materials, and site administration, coordination of events, visitation, and security. Responsible for overseeing health and safety standards.

•Makes decisions regarding work processes or operational plans and schedules in order to achieve department objectives.
•Develops, monitors and appropriately adjusts the annual budget for department(s).
•Takes ownership of maintenance and appearance of the facility with self-initiative.
•Oversees on-site, small, logistics department for all shipping and receiving of product.
•Coordinates staff for site administration, including site events, customer and other visitation, and branding.

Bachelor's Degree
9 years of related work experience

The base pay for this position is $97,300.00 – $194,700.00. In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
