The Opportunity

This position works out of our Abbott Park IL location.

What You’ll Work On

Manage, execute & ensure process documentation of the day-to-day operations of LTI administration.

Main Responsibilities

  • Manage, execute & ensure process documentation of the day-to-day operations of LTI administration (e.g., advisory services, ensure operational controls are in place & being adhered to, system & data integrity, etc.)
  • Main liaison with UBS on Plan Admin Pro functionality, as well as serve as Workday system expert for LTI team.
  • Manage portions of and/or support the annual calibration process, up through creation of annual Comp Committee LTI Awards book.
  • Responsible for LTI grants processes (e.g., annual, interim, etc.)
  • Create framework for audit processes (e.g., death, long-term disability, retirement) & execute when required.
  • Support executive compensation team/leadership as requested or required.
  • Support requests and employee inquiries as needed.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree

Minimum 7 years HR experience; knowledge of tax, payroll and/or long-term incentive programs.

Proficient in Excel and Workday; effective written and presentation skills; strong attention to detail and organization skills; process and project management.

The base pay for this position is $97,300.00 – $194,700.00. In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
