The Opportunity

We currently have an opportunity available for a Sr. Marketing Manager, Multi-Channel & Digital to join our Vascular division in Santa Clara, CA or St. Paul, MN. This is a fully Onsite role.

Abbott Vascular provides innovative, minimally invasive, and cost-effective products for treatment of vascular disease.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead downstream multi-channel strategy and campaign planning for US endo, closure, and coronary franchises to drive customer engagement and US market impact
  • Define US customer journey and develop portfolio communication strategy that designed for physician, administrators, and patients
  • Turn global strategy and assets into customized US campaigns with US market dynamics and customer insights
  • Work closely with senior leaders, product managers, and other departments to create effective communications strategies that articulate our products and vascular portfolio’s core benefits as well as the vision for the company properly and consistently
  • Enable digital performance insights sharing with the reps and gain feedback from reps to integrate and synergize marketing and commercial effort
  • Lead US employee social amplification program and manage DSMN channel with global COE team
  • Lead US conferences digital strategy and content planning to optimize customer experiences at the show and generate potential leads
  • Work closely with commercial team to develop lead generation strategies that drives qualified leads and ensure follow-up plans from sales
  • Manage US database and provide email nurture program recommendations to build and maintain customer relationships
  • Proactively optimize channel content revisions based on the QBR results working with US product teams and global Marcom
  • Partner with MedEd and MedAffairs team to enhance KOL relationship and initiate influencer programs as part of the multi-channel campaigns
  • Partner with PA to create thought leadership content to show our market leadership position
  • Develop internal communication with MedEd, training, and reps to ensure the consistency in our voice externally and internally
  • Develop, manage, and track metrics to measure and ensure success of the multi-channel campaigns
  • Build, own and champion a world class SEO strategy that pair closely with SEM efforts led by Global COE paid media lead
  • Work with Global Marcom Managers and Global COE to ensure the implementation of plans and oversee multichannel campaigns across digital, social and traditional channels

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE YOU'LL BRING

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree in a related field

• 4 years of related experience

The base pay for this position is $128,000.00 – $256,000.00. In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
