Main Purpose of the Role
- Generalist position during External audits
- Lead Internal Audit Program
- Drive Food Safety Culture Initiatives
- PNC/NC Investigations and Actions
Main Responsibilities
- Tracking and Trending Compliance metrics for site, focus on areas of opportunity 15%
- Train and Provide support for internal auditors and quarterly audits. 25%
- Lead or co-lead workstreams during external audits. 10%
- Provide plan and support in establishing Food safety culture at site. 15%
- Back up Compliance manager/Sanitation Manager as appropriate. 5%
- Ensure Plant is in audit ready state and take actions for improvement and plant engagement. 30%
- Train and support the Compliance Specialist Position. 0%
Education
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Quality
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in a Compliance role
The base pay for this position is $75,300.00 – $150,700.00. In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
