Primary Function/Goals/Objectives;
- Perform inbound/outbound shipping, warehousing, pick & pack and loading & unloading for imported and 3rd party products according to the established operating procedures.
- Accurately keep product handling records and documentation files as per the procedures.
- Alert supervision to imported and 3rd party products handling problems.
Major Responsibilities;
- Faithful and efficient products handling as per the relevant procedures.
- Make entry of products movement on BPCS and publish packing lists and invoices from the system and receive receipt from customers in a timely manner.
- Keep accurate records and file documents of all the results of inspection, warehousing, delivery and other activities related to the products handling.
- Manage nonconformance products and returned goods appropriately as per relevant procedures.
- Maintain good condition of the warehouses and work safely per the EHS procedures.
- Manipulate equipment’s for logistics activity.
- Execute activities assigned and/or instructed by SCM manager.
- Develop local procedures for inbound/outbound shipping, warehousing and transportation and 3PL warehouse management process.
- Manage 3PL warehouse service providers’ performance to meet our standards and resolve all logistics issues or complaints incurred or escalate it to SCM manager when necessary.
- Have a close contact with distributors and provide constant support to ensure shipment or service on time delivery.
- Perform physical inventory stocktaking with accounting firm and reconcile inventory transaction.
- Answer customer questions regarding their order shipment in a timely manner and accurate way via email and phone.
- Assist distributors with change of order, returns and adjusting qty according to established policy and procedures
Minimum Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Basic knowledge of the IVD and/or pharmaceutical products is desirable.
- Considerable manipulative skill with fingers and tools is necessary.
- Very strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Familiar with Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
- Good teamwork and cooperation skill.
- Bonded Goods Caretaker certificate preferred.
- Good written and spoken English.
