DIVISION FUNCTION/OBJECTIVE:
The Operation Specialist is to execute, collaborate & implement division processing efficiently and compliantly to accomplish routine tasks & additional target given by management. Perform well management on product maintenance, storage & product integrity in line with registration approval & Quality release. It also supports cross-functional stakeholders to have team- work performance.


POSITION PRIMARY FUNCTION:
The position is to proactively drive division processing in compliance with registration, quality auditing & authorized approval for EPD objectives.


MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Oversee inventory management, including monthly alignment with distributor by D+3 and stock- taking twice in one year.

  • Coordinate product redressing processing with external & internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with regulations.

  • Monitor importation processing with service providers (customs brokers, transportation, warehouse & QA) for goods receipt.

  • Liaison the operations in inventory, order fulfillment, backorder management to comply with demands.

  • Prepare monthly replenishment/purchase order to TPM and follow up the delivery schedule.

  • Communicate with the distributor and internal cross-functional departments regarding the pricing matters, tenders, and special sales conditions,

  • Collaborate with distributor and monitor daily goods delivery and support to handle the The effective date of the form is available in the document property. urgent orders from hospitals, orders with below NT$ 2,500, product return and exchange.

  • Perform month end-closing, prepare ad hoc request, and reply internal & external enquiries.

  • Liaison divisional application of expense, documentation, purchase & administrative affairs among functional teams in Abbott.

  • The expenses include To-Market price difference, logistics transportation, Customs declaration and tax fee, storages, truck arrangement for supplier products, redressing, official letter issuing to hospitals, penalty fee.

  • The G&A management includes copy fee, stationary fee, car rental fee, general purchasing and maintain the office environment, including office equipment purchasing and repairing.

  • Data collection and generate reports from SAP system on the weekly and monthly basis.

  • Other duties as assigned.


EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATION:

  • Bachelor's degree, major in business or related fields

  • Three years or above operations experience.

  • Good communicate skill with stakeholders.

  • Proficient in Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools Employee

  • Detail oriented with problem-solving skills.
