Are you a strategic recruiter with a passion for finding top talent and delivering exceptional candidate experiences? We’re looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team and lead recruitment efforts for high-impact roles across the French organization. This is a key individual contributor role where you’ll manage complex hiring projects, partner with senior stakeholders, and drive innovative sourcing strategies to attract the best talent.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary TA partner for senior managers and directors, delivering full-cycle recruitment services.
• Develop and execute tailored recruitment strategies for specialty, mid-management, and complex sales roles.
• Manage the entire hiring process—from intake to offer—using our ATS and CRM systems.
• Source candidates through diverse channels including job boards, social media, referrals, and direct outreach.
• Ensure a strong focus on diversity hiring and inclusive recruitment practices.
• Provide a seamless and engaging candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.
• Collaborate with HR, finance, and business leaders to align hiring with strategic goals.
• Represent the company at job fairs and recruitment events to build a strong employer brand.
• Lead onboarding and induction activities to ensure smooth integration of new hires.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 6+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience, ideally in healthcare or a related industry.
• Proven success in hiring for commercial, scientific, or corporate functions.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience supporting hiring up to senior manager level.
• Expertise in direct sourcing, passive candidate engagement, and DEI-focused recruitment.
