This position works out of our Sturgis, MI location in the Abbott Nutrition division. What You’ll Work On
The role is responsible for overseeing project scope, budget, and schedule to ensure timely completion while leading cross-functional teams to execute projects and solve problems. The candidate will manage detailed project plans, documentation, and risk assessments, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and driving teams to meet milestones and deliverables.
Job Responsibilities
- Project Management: Oversee project scope, budget, and schedule; create and manage detailed project plans and documentation.
- Team Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams to execute projects, drive milestones, and resolve issues.
- Reporting and Documentation: Prepare and present reports; update project plans and documentation.
- Risk and Budget Management: Assess and manage project risks; monitor budget variances.
- Collaboration and Decision Support: Work with functional area representatives; assist in decision-making.
- Operational and Quality Practices: Apply safety, quality, and change management practices; resolve quality issues.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to FDA, OSHA, and company policies; recommend and implement corrective actions.
- File and Data Management: Maintain accurate records; assist with data collection and document creation/modification.
- Process Improvement: Contribute to CAPA process improvements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree in a discipline appropriate to the project environment.
- 5+ years’ Project Management and/or Quality Assurance experience including managing complex organization transformational projects
- Advanced knowledge of Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
Preferred Qualifications
- PMP (Project Management Professional) certification

The base pay for this position is $75,300.00 – $150,700.00. In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
