The Opportunity
- Drives market expansion, innovation, and competitive advantage by leading strategic regional initiatives, influencing country priorities, and optimizing customer relationships.
- Translates demand forecasting and commercial levers into actionable strategies, managing P&L to meet regional and global goals.
- Forges strategic partnerships and makes accountable, insight-driven decisions that accelerate digital adoption, market resilience, and organizational growth.
What You’ll Work On
- Drive growth by identifying market opportunities, adapting global strategies to fit regional dynamics, and expanding ADC’s footprint in key markets.
- Implement customer-centric initiatives that strengthen relationships with key stakeholders, improve customer satisfaction, and deepen long-term loyalty.
- Oversee adoption of digital tools, AI, and machine learning to enhance product offerings and streamline regional operations.
- Direct regional P&L, budgeting, and financial risk management, aligning financial goals with global objectives; accountable to support VP North America Commercial Operations for reviews such as CDR, OEM and LBEs.
- Ensure cohesive execution of commercial strategies through cross-functional collaboration and strategic influence with country leadership teams.
- Lead planning and execution of go-to-market strategies, optimizing launch success and market competitiveness.
- Establish and manage partnerships with healthcare, technology, and retail ecosystem stakeholders to advance innovation and expand ADC’s market reach.
- Leverage analytics and demand forecasting to guide strategic decisions, integrating market, operational, and performance levers to prioritize regional actions.
- Make and own high-impact strategic recommendations, incorporating feedback loops and outcome accountability across regional and country-level initiatives.
- Stay ahead of competitors by refining strategies based on market intelligence, customer insights, and technological advancements.
- Anticipate and mitigate market, operational, and compliance risks to ensure strategic resilience.
- Work with regulatory and market access teams to ensure products meet standards and optimize reimbursement.
- Mentor commercial teams, fostering strategic thinking, continuous learning, and leadership development.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, Engineering, or related technical discipline.
- 12+ years of relevant career experience required.
- End-to-End Business Strategy Ownership: Exposure to developing cohesive business strategies that integrate financial, operational, and commercial functions.
- Broad-Based Organizational Influence: Experience collaborating across commercial and non-commercial functions and influencing country-level teams without direct authority.
- Strategic and Operational Risk Management: Deepening skills in making and owning high-impact decisions, balancing risk with commercial opportunity.
- Executive Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with executive stakeholders to gain support for regional and organizational strategies.
- Advanced Organizational Design and Talent Development: Refine expertise in structuring teams, building leadership pipelines, and nurturing high-potential talent.

The base pay for this position is $193,300.00 – $386,700.00. In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
