Major Responsibilities:

• Process company Accounts Payable transactions (third party invoices, employee expense reports, employee advance requests, etc.)
• Ensure the accuracy of Accounts Payable record
• Process payments timely to prevent business disruption and ensuring cost efficiency
• Having active communication with third party vendors and employees to ensure great service excellence and provide support to the business
• Ensure the compliance of operational activities with company policies and procedures as well as regulations

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in Account Payables, but fresh graduate can be considered
• Fluent in English, written and oral
• Good communication skills
• Strong computer knowledge of Microsoft applications, especially Excel.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Experience working with SAP will give value
