ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Summary:
The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for overseeing the entire recruitment process for both individual contributors and management roles, ensuring a seamless process for both hiring managers and applicants. Additionally, the role includes the responsibility of executing strategies related to Early Careers, employer branding, and diversity and inclusion initiatives.
- Working location: Me Linh Point Tower, 02 Ngo Duc Ke, Sai Gon Ward, Ho Chi Minh
- Report to: Talent Acquisition Manager
Core job responsibilities:
- Consulting with hiring managers and Business HR to understand skill requirements, background and experience needed for each requisition.
- Working with hiring managers to develop a comprehensive recruitment strategy for each requirement, setting and manages expectations.
- Identifying and execute appropriate sourcing practices to attract suitable candidates, in addition to fully utilizing all internal Abbott resources.
- Sourcing, screening and managing candidates throughout the process providing feedback at all stages.
- Be part of projects related to Early Careers, Diversity and Inclusion, People & Culture, Social and Branding.
- Other tasks assigned by Line Manager
MINIMUM BACKGROUND/ EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Work Experience:
- 4–5 years of experience in a recruiter role; experience in the FMCG or healthcare industry is preferable.
Core Skill Requirement:
- Customer and details oriented
- Ability to collaborate effectively internally/externally
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and works well under pressure managing multiple priorities, familiar in working with deadlines
- Being adaptable towards new situations and having an out of the box approach
- A dynamic team player who is self-motivated, meticulous
- MS office proficiency i.e. excel, ppt, project management tools
- English fluency
MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIRED
- University degree or equivalent
