The Opportunity
This position works out of our Mexico location in the Established Pharmaceutical Division. We are committed to bringing the benefits of our trusted medicines to more people in the world’s fastest-growing countries. Our broad portfolio of high-quality and differentiated branded generic medicines reaches across multiple therapeutic areas including gastroenterology, women's health, cardiometabolic, pain management/central nervous system, and respiratory.
We are looking for a specialist professional individual contributor with comprehensive knowledge in the area of Brand Associate. Ability to execute highly complex or specialized projects. Adapts precedent and may make significant departures from traditional approaches to develop solutions.
What You’ll Do:
Being an integral part of the marketing team to maximize brand performance, drive profitability and growth, and launch new products.
Participates in brand strategy discussions to shape the development & execution of the annual brand plans.
Works collaboratively with the marketing team to execute digital & social programming, packaging & collateral updates and promotions
Helps to synthesize into key insights for business in order to develop strategies accordingly to market conditions.
Develop and implement action plans for the appropriate management of secondary brands of the division.
Support Senior Manager in programs and/or activities of his/her brand(s) within the assigned portfolio.
Guarantee that sales reps have the necessary tools for their promotion as planned.
Accurate management of the P&L of the secondary brand(s) assigned to him/her.
Establish an adequate diagnosis of the situation of the brand(s) under his/her responsibility integrating all the relevant aspects of the business (prescriptions, sell in, sell, out, internal sales, competitors, new products, etc).
Continuous review of market trends and variables in order to predict possible market changes.
Understands and controls the P&L of the secondary brand(s) assigned to him/her in order to maximize financial results of the organization.
Develop and distributes promotional materials to generate demand of the secondary brands of the organization assigned to him/her.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing and Engineering degree.
2 to 4 years of experience in marketing and or sales / Sales Representative in the pharmaceutical industry.
Experience interacting with KOLs, medical associations and wholesalers.
Bilingual: English and Spanish, good communication and writing skills.
