The Opportunity
This position works out of our Bogotá location in the Nutrition (ANI) division.

As the Brand Coordinator, you’ll have the chance to ensure the achievements of the sales objectives set for the year through effective account management. You'll also develop and implement strategies for sales, trade marketing, and brands based on knowledge of the region, accounts, consumers, shoppers, and other accounts located within the geographical area of influence.
The Brand Coordinator supports Brand Manager leading the efforts of the team for the entire affiliate and works in the execution of the HCP/DTC brand strategies, as well as is responsible of implementation to achieve brand objectives such as sales and market share/growth.
What You’ll Do
- Lead the execution of consumer sessions and market research projects as well as identify insights to support strategies and generate ideas to gain competitive advantages.
- Assure monthly field visits, accompanied visits with medical, specially focused on trade and distributors sales force doing the properly follow up to marketing activities, as well as identify new opportunities and implement projects to gain in the market.
- Lead the execution of innovation projects as key business strategy, assure flawless new products launch.
- Maintain optimal and effective relationships with KOLs, Brand Influencers and Distributors; Also maintain constant relationship with the agencies (creative, media, PR, HCP, etc) and their support with the brand tactical activities.
- Find and develop new innovative communication opportunities.
- Analysis and identification of execution opportunities and assure optimal execution and monitoring of aggressive communication campaigns and tactical strategies ATL and BTL (including POS).
- Assure optimal execution of brand budget.
- Support development, design, approvals (internal and external INVIMA) or all type of consumer materials. Work close with brand manager, agencies, regulatory and medical area to assure material are according brand strategies.
- Execution marketing programs (Influencers and PR programs, Sport events, V&M (POS team), ANI sales force) according internal and external opportunities.
- Work closely with trade, commercial and Digital team to identify co-marketing / promotion opportunities (e-commerce, delivery platforms, CRM).
- Deeply understand target needs across all media (Digital, TV, BTL).
- Analysis and control of metrics and results of campaigns (TV, digital, media) to understand return of investment and effectiveness.
- Constant monitoring and analysis of competition activities.
Required Qualifications
- University degree in marketing, administration, sales or related.
- Advanced English level
- 100% computer and digital skills
- Basic knowledge of Pharmaceutical industry
- Basic financial planning processes understanding
- Strong planning, relationship and priority set skills
- knowledge of strategic planning methods/tools, and marketing plan elaboration
- Knowledge in marketing subjects such as advertising, market research, price management, distribution, metrics monitoring.
Preferred Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience in Marketing.
- Experience or postgraduate in sports related topic is a nice to have.
- POS and trade channels knowledge.
- Effective presentations and communication with people and teams.
- Results oriented.
- Communication skills and positive people influence.
- Creativity and initiative.
- High developed number skills (analysis, forecast, growths).
- Commercial relationship skills.
