PRIMARY OBJECTIVES:

To assure consistent sales growth and achievement of sales goals and targets in an assigned territory by identifying opportunities and gaining new business while maintaining existing business.


MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • To promote Abbott's range of EPD products to healthcare professionals in an assigned territory.
  • To make effective use of product trials, literature, and other promotional materials to gain recommendations and endorsements from current and potential healthcare professionals.
  • Responsible for achieving individual/monthly sales targets and execute key promotional plans with healthcare professionals.
  • Proactively manage and build customer relationships.
  • Plan, schedule, organize and control daily tasks, functions, and duties to achieve maximum sales results.

EDUCATION/QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE:

  • Preferably Degree in Life Sciences or related health sciences
  • Minimum 2 years pharmaceutical sales experience.
  • Sales driven, results-oriented with a high degree of self-motivation
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Possess own vehicle and willing to travel outstation.
