The position of Research and Recovery Representative is within eScreen located in the Philippines. The role is responsible for performing routine clerical duties including outbound phone calls, moderate Excel updates, email, faxing and correspondence to both internal and external contacts.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Make outbound phone calls to clinics and employer to obtain required Chain of Custody or Breath Alcohol testing forms.
Sort daily inventory based on hierarchy following the expected call attempts based on set cadence.
Process retrieved Chain of Custody and Breath Alcohol Test forms to make the results available to both donor and employer.
Receive emails with sensitive data requiring it to be printed and faxed to an incoming server.
Operate listed office machines as required.
Communicate with internal resources to ensure daily production requirements are met.
Track incoming faxes to ensure receipt of data into system.
Update Excel spreadsheets daily to track progress and performance.
Compose and send professional emails as needed to internal and external contacts.
Observes legal and ethical guidelines for safeguarding patient and company confidentiality (HIPAA)
Other duties as assigned.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS | EDUCATION:
Completed at least 2 years in College or with an Associate or Bachelor’s Degree
Data entry experience in a high-volume, batch-oriented environment is preferred; the ideal candidate will also possess a typing speed of at least 60 wpm.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Detail-oriented
Must be flexible to work on a night shift (between 6pm to 10am) Philippine Standard Time.
Must be amenable to work on Overtime or during Rest Days when business requests for additional (paid) hours
Must have strong oral and written communication skills.
