Job Title: HR Executive (6 months)

Reports to: Country HR Director

Working location: Me Linh Point, 2 Ngo Duc Ke, Ben Nghe Ward, District 1, HCM City.

Summary:

The HR Executive will play a key role in supporting employee engagement and country-level HR initiatives, ensuring smooth execution of programs that foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage budgets and administrative processes effectively.

Core job responsibilities:

Employee Initiatives (60%)

  • Coordinate and support engagement activities such as quarterly happy hours, sports day, sports community programs, and community care events.
  • Coordinate and implement DE&I programs such as Women Leaders of Abbott, Mothers’ Nursing Rooms, Diversity talks, and other strategic initiatives, etc.
  • Partner with internal key stakeholders, teams and vendors to ensure successful execution of events.
  • Support communication and logistics for these programs to maximize employee involvement.
  • Monitor participation and gather feedback to continuously improve engagement programs.
  • Ensure the programs are implemented in accordance with company practice and reinforce company EVP and core values.

Budget & Payment Management (20%)

  • Manage budgets related to employee engagement and HR activities.
  • Ensure timely processing of payments and compliance with company financial policies.

Administrative Support (20%)

  • Provide day-to-day administrative assistance to the Country HR Director and the HR activities
  • Prepare reports, maintain HR documentation, and handle correspondence as needed.

Educational background & Experience required.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience in HR or event coordination preferred.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; experience with HR systems is a plus.
  • Detailed-oriented, comfortable and effective working with numbers and excel sheets.
