Our broad line of vascular devices–which includes vessel closure, endovascular and coronary technologies–are used to treat vessel diseases of the heart, carotid arteries and peripheral blood vessels. These vessel diseases can lead to heart attack, stroke, critical limb ischemia and other serious vascular conditions.
Purpose of the Job:
With general guidance from functional management, responsible for providing team leadership to a group of employees committed to increased quality and productivity. Supports demand of the business unit. Identifies and analyses problems, plans tasks and solutions. Provides guidance to team on development, performance and productivity issues. Reports to functional and/or organisation management on team accomplishments, achievements and productivity.
As a Production Supervisor, your key responsibilities will be as follows:
1. Implement a staffing plan by identifying resource requirements and co-ordinating the with Operations Management and Planning Schedulers
2. Monitor daily work operations and provide support to team members
3. Develop your team through training and assigning progressively more challenging tasks
4. Develop feasibility and execute continuous improvement projects to improve efficiency or remove waste from the process.
5. Interact with key stakeholders: Quality, Engineering, Human Resources, Supply Chain, EHS, Operations Management, Finance & Operations Excellence.
6. Monitor compliance with company policies and procedures
7. Develop work schedule for department by assessing priorities, workload and available resources

Education and Skills:
Level 7 qualification and related work experience. We would be keen to speak with you if you have prior people management experience
