We are looking for a Data Automation & Analytics Manager to join our Structural Heart division at the regional headquarters in Diegem, Belgium. In this high‑impact role, you will lead the transformation of data, analytics, and automation into strategic enablers for commercial excellence across the region.

What You’ll Do

  • Define and execute a regional strategy that transforms data into meaningful insights supporting commercial and operational goals.

  • Lead processes that ensure data quality, consistency, governance, and accessibility across departments.

  • Guide the development of modern cloud‑based data platforms, including the use of Microsoft Azure and data lake technologies.

  • Build automation solutions using tools such as Power Automate, Power Apps, robotics‑based automation, and workflow orchestration.

  • Apply machine learning and forecasting techniques to identify trends and opportunities.

  • Create dashboards and reports in Power BI with aligned and standardized performance indicators.

  • Support visibility of sales performance and contribute to incentive and compensation analysis.

  • Lead cross‑functional initiatives and deliver training to strengthen data literacy within the organization.

What You’ll Need

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

  • At least 15 years of work experience, with a minimum of 5 years focused on analytics, automation, and dashboard development.

  • Expertise in cloud technologies, including Microsoft Azure, data lakes, and data extraction, transformation, and loading processes.

  • Advanced ability to design dashboards in Power BI, including modeling, data preparation, and optimization.

  • Practical experience with the Microsoft Power Platform, application integrations, robotics‑based automation, and workflow automation.

  • Understanding of artificial intelligence and machine‑learning concepts, including deployment of predictive models.

  • Experience working with customer relationship management platforms such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or SAP.

  • Strong communication skills, project leadership capabilities, and stakeholder‑management experience.
