MAIN PURPOSE OF ROLE
Key Area of Accountability:
• Support Senior FP&A Manager in the preparation and completion of quarter, annual and long-term financial plans as well as in charge of preparing and reporting RLBE.
• Prepare financial analysis and reports accurately and submit timely to Area/Division or as requested by SLT.
• Partner with Pediatric and Adult Marketing, Ethical Sales, Trade Sales, CRM, CMM, Supply and Demand, Procurement, CFS. Legal and other functions/divisions to drive sales, brand profitability and effective activations execution for a total brands sale of $582MM in 2022.
• Build Financial analytics and forecasting capabilities of functional and cross-functional colleagues by providing training and/or coaching.
• Drive Margin and Profit Improvements, Cash Flow Improvements, Cost Leadership projects and operational efficiencies through cross-functional collaboration. Lead certain Cost Leadership projects to successful execution.
• Drive process improvements to reduce unnecessary work/tasks. Develop SOPs. Lead automation of financial reports.
• Deliver any other finance-related and business tasks requested by Finance Director or DVP/GM.
MINIMUM BACKGROUND/ EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Knowledge & Experience:
• Minimum 3 years of experience in preparing accurate and high-quality financial plans and budgets in collaboration with various business stakeholders.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in successful business partnering with functional colleagues that drove desired and outstanding business results and outcomes. Viewed as a Finance expert and trustworthy partner by colleagues.
• Adept at accounting and Generally Accepted Accounting principles and able to prepare and review journal entries according to and are compliant with company policies and procedures. Minimum 3 years of experience in preparing or reviewing accounting entries.
