Overview:
Heart Failure (HF) is seeking a skilled Data Analyst to join our team in Manila. This role is essential for analyzing and reporting data to support our operations. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in data analysis and reporting, with a solid background in Healthcare and Revenue Cycle Management.

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform detailed data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
• Generate comprehensive reports to support decision-making processes.
• Utilize MS Excel and Power BI to create and manage data visualizations and dashboards.
• Ability to collaborate with various departments to understand data needs and provide
actionable insights.
• Communicate findings effectively with all levels of leadership within a matrix organization.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity in all reporting activities.

Qualifications:
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in data analysis and reporting.
• Strong background in Healthcare and Revenue Cycle Management.
• Mastery of MS Excel and Power BI.
• Proven experience in managing within a matrix organization.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of
leadership.
• A proactive mindset focused on achieving excellence and continuous improvement.
