- Trade Channel Management is strategic to Abbott EPD profitable growth. Being able to translate our brands’ strategies into initiatives that will effectively support sell-in & sell-out at Pharmacy level through trade promotion campaign & advocacy activities.
- To play a key role in achieving company sales target & category growth through developing & implementing Trade Marketing activities and activations as well as customers' & shoppers' expectations
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES/ Các trách nhiệm chính

•Develop trade promotion program and execute trade marketing initiatives/ category management process and solutions with external and internal customers to grow the categories
•Be in charge of pre & post-promotion evaluation through: estimated ROI; Develop and deploy sales & trade tracking reports & ensure communication across all levels
•Create and maintain Trade Calendar of activities
•Track and monitor the KPIs to measure the effectiveness of the Pharma Event (including Workshop, RTD, GP)
•Ensure to reach the right customers, right message delivered in line with brand strategy
•Manage event budget efficiently & ensure cost policies are applied having in mind optimization between quality & price
•Ensure the activities in charge to be executed with full compliance to internal SOP, regulation, legal and OEC standards
•Track and monitor the launch tracker for all products launched in trade channel to ensure the smooth launching
•Work with other functions: CEx, medical, marketing to develop promotional materials for the non-focused brands
