主要职责/Key Responsibilities：

负责产品技术支持_产品团队管理工作，将组织目标转化为团队目标，并建立实现目标的系统。

Be responsible for the product team management of product technical support，translates organizational goals into team goals and establishes systems to meet goals.

负责组织对已上市产品的维护工作，负责已上市产品性能及工艺及成本的优化，确保能持续稳定的为客户提供高质量的产品.。

Responsible for organizing maintenance activities for marketed products, and for optimizing their performance, processes, and cost structure to ensure the continuous and stable delivery of high-quality products to customers.

负责开展新产品从研发到生产的转移、及跨公司的产品转移工作。

Responsible for managing the transfer of new products from R&D to production, as well as coordinating cross-company product transfers.

负责协调管理已上市产品在市场上的技术支持及客户投诉调查等工作。

Responsible for coordinating and managing technical support for marketed products, as well as handling customer complaint investigations.

为公司或其他工厂提供任何所需的产品技术支持。

Provide any required product technical support to the company or other manufacturing sites.

为运营、质量或其他工厂提供任何所需的产品技术支持。

Provide any necessary product technical support to Operations, Quality, and other sites.

培养与内部和外部客户的关系，对于内外部客户的要求能及时给与反馈。

Build and maintain relationships with internal and external customers, and provide timely responses to their requirements.

根据科学的数据分析及时做出合适的业务决策。

Make timely and appropriate business decisions based on scientific data analysis.

严格遵守公司规定开展工作，确保所有的工作符合公司质量，EHS等体系及外部法规要求。

Strictly comply with company regulations in all work activities, ensuring that all tasks meet company quality standards, EHS requirements, and applicable external regulatory requirements.

工作经验或专业背景/Work Experience or Professional Background：

Bio-engineering/pharmacy/mechanical engineering/automation related major, be familiar with IVDR products, regulations, or processes，3- 5 years of management experience in a related technical field. 生物工程/医药/机械工程/自动化等相关专业背景，熟悉体外诊断试剂产品、法规或工艺过程，3-5年在相关技术领域的管理经验。
