What You’ll Do

• Define and execute the Advanced Analytics strategy across the organization

• Build and deploy complex analytical models that accelerate insights and improve decision‑making
• Stay ahead of emerging AI technologies and lead their responsible integration into quality operations

What You Bring

We’re looking for a leader with a rare combination of strategic vision, technical depth, and real‑world delivery experience.

You’ll succeed if you have:

• A strong track record in data, digital, and AI strategy development and execution
• Experience leading the design and implementation of tech‑enabled business transformation (preferably within MedTech environment)
• Hands‑on delivery experience from concept to scaled adoption
• Expertise across Machine Learning, Generative AI, and experimentation at scale
• Experience with data governance, domain ownership, and analytics frameworks
• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to translate business needs into scalable digital solutions
• A mindset focused on innovation, value creation, and impact
• Bachelor’s Degree in Operations Management, Data Engineering, Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related field
• 10+ years of leadership experience leading complex projects in the area of data analytics in a matrix environment
