The Opportunity
The Pricing Analyst is an individual contributor who supports the development, execution, and optimization of pricing strategies for products and services. This role is ideal for an early‑career analyst who is highly analytical, detail‑oriented, and eager to build strong commercial and financial acumen. The Pricing Analyst partners closely with Commercial, Finance, and Operations teams to deliver data‑driven insights that support profitable growth and competitive positioning.
The role operates under general supervision and applies standard analytical techniques while gaining exposure to more advanced pricing methodologies and business decision‑making.
What You'll Work On
Pricing & Financial Analysis
- Conduct pricing, margin, and profitability analyses using established models and methodologies
- Support the development of pricing recommendations by analyzing costs, margins, competitive benchmarks, and customer trends
- Assist with new product pricing, list price updates, and discount structure analysis
Reporting & Insights
- Prepare routine and ad‑hoc pricing reports that monitor performance against targets (margin, revenue, volume)
- Identify variances, inconsistencies, or risks in pricing data and escalate findings with clear analytical support
- Translate data into clear, actionable insights for non‑technical stakeholders
Operational Support
- Maintain pricing tools, databases, and price lists to ensure accuracy and consistency across systems
- Support pricing governance processes, including approvals, documentation, and audit readiness
- Assist in improving pricing processes through standardization, documentation, and automation
Cross‑Functional Collaboration & Learning
- Partner with Commercial, Finance, and other cross‑functional teams to support pricing and financial initiatives
- Participate in pricing reviews and internal discussions to gain exposure to strategic decision‑making
- Continuously build knowledge of pricing principles, market dynamics, and internal systems
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent experience) in: Finance, Economics, Business, Accounting, Mathematics, Data Analytics, or a related field
- 1–3 years experience in pricing, finance, analytics, or related business analysis roles preferred
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, basic modeling)
- Comfortable working with large datasets and validating data accuracy
Preferred Qualifications
- Exposure to financial or analytical tools (e.g., ERP systems, BI tools, pricing software) a plus

The base pay for this position is $61,300.00 – $122,700.00. In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
