We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Financial Analyst (FP&A) to join our Heart Failure division at the EMEA & APAC headquarters in Zaventem. This role is a key driver in enabling commercial and financial leadership to make the data-driven decisions that fuel our business unit’s success.

What You’ll Do
As an FP&A Analyst, you will transform complex data into strategic insights. Your responsibilities include:
• Financial Planning & Forecasting: Supporting the monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasting cycles (LBE), with a focus on sales, margin, and SG&A reviews.
• Reporting & Visualization: Designing and implementing streamlined reporting solutions using Power BI and Excel to simplify regional performance tracking.
• Data Consolidation: Aggregating and analyzing large data sets for HQ and regional teams to ensure accuracy and transparency across the EMEA & APAC regions.
• Business Partnering: Acting as a reliable point of contact for data inquiries and providing actionable recommendations to regional management.
• Process Optimization: Participating in improvement projects to standardize financial workflows and improve data integrity.
What You’ll Need
• Experience: 2–3 years of professional experience in financial analysis, business analytics, or a related corporate finance role.
• Audit Background: Candidates with prior experience in Audit are strongly preferred, as we value the disciplined approach to data integrity and attention to detail that this background brings to FP&A.
• Education: Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Excel and Power BI is essential. Experience with SAP ERP, SQL, or Hyperion/Essbase is a plus.
• Attributes: Strong problem-solving skills, the ability to manage complex data sets, and excellent communication skills in English.
