An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and passionate Customer Service Representative / Data Entry Specialist to join Abbott Medical in a full-time, permanent position.
Responsibilities:
Processing customer sales and service inquiries received by phone, fax and e-mail.
Processing direct sales and consignment orders.
Pursuing backorders for direct customers.
Manipulating and understand Excel reports.
Processing third party inventory orders as well as input of stock on inventory database.
Receiving and handling customer complaints, stock returns, credits and PER’s.
Maintaining accurate consignment records for both customers and field staff and minimizing write off by stock rotation.
Co-ordination and completion of field consignment stocktakes.
Co-ordination and maintenance of inventory control activities ensuring that stock is purchased at the correct price, quantity and delivered by the due date.
Provide input to maintain Quality Systems.
Adhere to regulatory procedures in order to maintain ISO compliance.
Work in conjunction with the warehouse team.
Liaise with finance to regarding payments.
Communicate with administration team regarding new patient / doctor set up.
Preparing and updating reports on slow moving stock, expired stock, consignment holdings and backorders.
Freight charges on invoices.
Monitor and follow-up TBA’s.
Maintain Customer Service filing systems.
Requirements:
SAP experience mandatory
Proficient at using Microsoft Office Suites ie Word, Excel, Powerpoint, MFG Pro skills advantageous.
Previous customer service in a sales environment. Experience within the medical industry an advantage.
Tertiary qualifications are an advantage.
The base pay for this position is
