Job Description
The BTS Associate Director role maintains accountability for ensuring the operational efficiency and effectiveness for all IAI Campus Hosting Operations and Maintenance Support activities in US. This role will maintain responsibility for the overall operational health for all Campus Hosting Infrastructure Operations in their area of responsibility in US.
Responsibilities
Responsible for overall operations and governance of Infrastructure Operations - Campus Hosting sites in US
Establish and maintain strategic level working relationships with functional counterparts and key stakeholders.
Serve as the initial contact point for strategic initiatives initiated by BTS teams that require Campus Hosting support and resources.
Generate strategies for enhancing operational efficiency and effectiveness as well as ways to improve the quality of service to our Campus Hosting sites.
Provide guidance and direction to other professionals, acts in a consulting and/or advisory capacity; coordinates resolution of highly complex problems and tasks, and possesses the ability to meet and operate under deadlines.
Serves as an IAI Campus Hosting escalation contact point for Major Incidents and escalations. Assists with the prioritization and escalation of system recovery issues for major incidents with our Managed Service Providers, cross-functional teams, technology domain teams and Infrastructure teams.
Manage the relationship with Managed Service Providers, key stakeholders to ensure superior service delivery, maintenance, and support activities for the Infrastructure Operations in our Campus Hosting environments.
Responsible for compliance with applicable Corporate and IT policies and procedures
Develop and mentor people leaders and direct reports. Build trust and relationships to help evolve capabilities, methods, standards, best practices, and ways of working.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree with 9 years’ experience; Master's Degree with 8 years’ experience; PhD with 4 years’ experience.
9+ years combined experience in Information Technology (Hardware: Servers, storage, network, data centers/computer rooms, troubleshooting, customer service, project management, people management, proven experience with ITIL, specifically Incident, Problem and Change management)
Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Up-to-date knowledge of latest Infrastructure Technology

The compensation range described below is the range of possible base pay compensation that the Company believes in good faith it will pay for this role at the time of this posting based on the job grade for this position. Individual compensation paid within this range will depend on many factors including geographic location, and we may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.
