Job Description

This position is responsible for providing FP&A support to the International Immunology Brand Team(s). This role will interact with cross functional stakeholders (Area/Global/Corporate/Brand teams) to analyze Latest Best Estimates (LBEs), Plan, Update and LRP. This position will partner with key members of the team to implement process enhancements, develop new tools, and drive reporting for Immunology.

Responsibilities

  • Drives financial analysis and provide strategic input for INTL Immunology products during all financial cycles and month-end/quarterly reporting.
  • Partners with the IMCO Immunology Commercial teams to provide ad hoc support and analysis, volume forecasts, and pre-launch and on-market analysis.
  • Operates independently to prepare relevant variance analysis for each planning cycle and develops meaningful management reporting schedules for direct areas supported.
  • Assists in maintenance and development of new and existing tools (e.g., Commercial Model, Scenario Planning) in support of planning cycles and ad hoc analysis.
  • Creates and prepares templates and presentations for annual LRP and Plan processes.
  • Leads the monthly performance reviews from a finance perspective and provide meaningful commentary and insight.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting. CPA or MBA a plus.
  • Minimum 6+ years of progressive and related experience.
  • Self-starter and strong financial, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication skills (oral and written).
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines while balancing competing priorities.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment and build strong relationships with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • Knowledge of SAP and BPC a plus.
