Job Description
We are looking for a strong expertise in hematology or oncology, with proven expertise in strategic planning, and a robust network within the medical community. The ideal Candidate is demonstrating exceptional communication and collaboration skills and a passion for driving innovation in therapeutical areas.
Uses available data sources and field observations/knowledge post interaction to deepen understanding and develop the Account/ Stakeholder next best action Understand accurately KA’s needs and expectations, opportunities.
Use established procedures to consistently share appropriate information across the IFT & BT.
Build trusted and strategic relationships with stakeholders in order to anticipate access barriers and better meet agendas, plans, and objectives of respective key account.
Develop strategy and engagement plans with the KA with projects that will create value for both parties. Formalize this within a Key Account Plan (KAP)
Deliver sales performance, brand KPIs, financial targets, marketing objectives, etc. in order to meet or exceed those objectives.
Maintain sales call frequencies and number of professional public visits as per plan.
Collaborate with Brand Team and Sales and Marketing Manager/BUM/Sales Manager, facilitate cross-stakeholder discussions (with Health Care Professional (HCP) and non-HCP stakeholders) and synthesize the insights gained to identify target segments, to determine brand positioning, to deliver high quality programs to attain market share and market sales goals.
Follow the direction of future activities related to existing or new products, or business opportunities.
Effective product management to achieve maximum sales and profits.
Support Forecasting and cost planning with market insights (Plan, updating, ADS, etc.)
Agreeing with the senior manager of the therapeutic area on the resources and budget needed
Propose the design and implementation of all marketing activities and include innovative marketing tactics, traditional and non-traditional partnerships, multi-channel opportunities and multi-stakeholder initiatives to meet strategic brand objectives.
Support the development of marketing inputs to Strategic Brand Plan, consolidate the 1-year Tactical Brand Plan and support preparation of the Long-Range Plan to drive brand success.
Qualifications
Relevant university degree. Science/Applied Science/ Business discipline
2-3 years relevant experience
English language proficiency verbally and in writing preferred
Native local language (Hungarian) is a must
Proven history of success in sales performance within respective therapeutic areas and solid presentation skills preferred.
Demonstrates in depth scientific, therapeutic, product, and competitive knowledge and is recognized as an expert resource by all relevant stakeholders.
Strong business acumen and proficient use of business tools; possesses strategic and critical thinking capabilities.
Proactively identifies customer style / behaviour and quickly adapts all aspects of selling approach.
Operates effectively in a matrix environment.
