Job Description

Product Specialist builds strong stakeholders’ partnership, develops, and monitors long-term relationships between AbbVie, the account and the key stakeholders via account planning and execution. Product Specialist is responsible for driving and achieving the business objectives within the allocated budget.

Main responsibilities:

• Successfully fulfills sales plan, brand KPIs, financial targets, marketing objectives;
• Meets perfectly product profile and therapeutic practices for Neuroscience – Parkinson Disease product for Czech Republic, actively updating own expertise;
• Prepares for daily visits and effectively records them in the system, evaluates and analyses them; actively monitors competitors;
• Cooperates in creation of local marketing activities, applies marketing strategies and organizes events related to product;
• Develops relationships with key opinion leaders,
• Proactively and continuously aspire to serve customer needs and customer expectations and share the market intelligence information with in-field team and brand team to optimize brand strategy and its execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• Proven track record of success in selling as a representative in international pharma company at least 3 years is a must
• Experience in sales and management of customer relationships across the full spectrum of customer types in the healthcare industry;
• Account management experience is desirable;
• Therapy and Product area knowledge and Healthcare environment knowledge;
• Demonstrates exceptional presentation and communication skills in Czech language;
• English language skills on moderate level, understanding company presentations and written texts
• PC skills are needed (MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
