Job Description

The Pharmacovigilance, Patient Safety, Epidemiology and Research and Development Quality Assurance
(PSEQ) Business Process Office (BPO) is comprised of Business Process Owners (BPO’s) who are accountable for the definition, health, and performance of PV’s key end-to-end processes.
The BPO supports other BPOs with operational support and partners closely with various process stakeholders to ensure alignment of people, process and technology and are responsible for the performance of PSEQ’s key end-to-end processes in realizing their objectives as measured by process indicators and are empowered to identify and champion improvements.

Responsibilities:

• Manages continuous improvement projects
• Work to establish and gain consensus on project goals, objectives, timelines and deliverables
• Assists with definition and prioritization of process improvement opportunities
• Develop process maps to identify opportunities for improvement
• Facilitates documentation of end-to-end processes, supporting practices, and methods
• Monitor and report process performance against performance measures and specification limits
• Support development, oversight, and maintenance of team routines
• Manages the planning and logistics of continuous improvement workshops and events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree required
• Strong Project Management mindset required
• Previous experience identifying and delivering process improvement preferred
