For our Austrian Customer Excellence Department we are searching for a
Customer Excellence & Business Transformation Manager
Job Description:
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and customer-centricity across the organization and manage cross-functional teams to implement solutions that address customer needs with a clear focus on business development.
- Work alongside business units / product teams in planning processes that align with business excellence goals by guiding the planning, execution, and tracking of business transformation including BTe & IFTe (brand team & in-field team excellence) and customer excellence projects (ACE).
- Lead the development of the Future Fit Roadmap and “ACE activation” (advanced customer engagement) in the Affiliate. Partner with business units to identify opportunities for process improvement, implement best practices, and ensure seamless project delivery.
- Ensure that brand training initiatives support overall brand strategy and positioning. Craft initiatives to support the continued evolution of High Performing Brand Teams and In-Field Teams.
- Be the representative of the affiliate within Area / Global teams to ensure strategic priorities alignment and execution, including being Champion for Brand Plan and Tactical Plan process.
- Foster a culture of innovation by encouraging and implementing creative solutions that address business challenges.
- Lead change management initiatives to ensure smooth transitions and adoption of new processes, technologies, and practices. Equip teams with the tools and strategies needed to manage and embrace change effectively.
- Design and facilitate workshops and training sessions to support employee development and drive business excellence.
- Evaluate training effectiveness and adapt programs to meet evolving organizational needs.
- Develop clear and effective communication strategies to convey business excellence initiatives and learning programs
- Foster a customer-centric culture throughout the organization by acting as a role model for the AbbVie ways we work behaviors.
Qualifications
Qualifications
- Bachelor´s degree or equivalent / Master´s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Organizational Development, or related field preferred.
Experience
- At least 5 years of experience with proven track record of success in business excellence, continuous improvement, or learning and development roles.
- Experience in designing and implementing effective training programs.
- Prior experience working within or alongside Customer Excellence or cross-functional teams with the demonstrated ability to manage stakeholder relationships.
Skills
- Strong leadership and people skills with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of engaging various audiences and managing/leading projects.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to identify issues and implement effective solutions.
- Strong customer-focused mindset with experience in enhancing customer experiences and understanding of customer experience principles and change management.
- Strategic thinker with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Must have: German and English language proficiency verbally and in writing.
