Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage consolidation complexity and systems accuracy in coordination with AREA HQ, FSS and Internal Stakeholders
- Prepare and deliver LBE’s, Plan and LRP, performing analysis and providing commentary required. Assure and collaborate with Brand Finance team for appropriate, timely and accurate consolidation.
- Meet month-end and year-end submission and reporting deadlines and ensure high-quality comments of financial figures, with performance analysis between Actual and Forecast/Plan/Prior year for his/her competency area.
- Monitor expenses trends of Capabilities Department (Market Access, Customer Excellence, Corporate and Government Affairs, Support Functions and Medical Dept) through category spending analysis. Assure accurate financial approval according to policy in place, understand the value of the investments, contribute to improve spending profile facilitating department Director to find optimization opportunities.
- Actively interact with AREA HQ to implement new systems and processes.
- Consolidate sales incentives and coordinate the final approval process until final payment.
- Monitor headcount and organizational changes interacting with HR to deliver accurate counting and variances comments as well as define FTE for costs allocation in Product P&L
- Support financial planning process with cash flow planning, transfer pricing planning and demand planning.
- Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls.
