Job Description

Purpose

The Senior Specialist, Executive Compensation will help design, administer, analyze and support the executive compensation function. This role provides direct support to the Executive Compensation team and will occasionally partner with the Total Rewards team on global compensation program support.

Responsibilities

  • Support the executive compensation function in day to day activities such as program administration, data survey submission, market analyses, ad hoc reports, and monitor and verify survey data.
  • Support the annual administration process of executive compensation programs including executive benefits, annual incentive programs, and long term incentive plans. Oversee executive payroll activity to ensure accurate administration.
  • Maintain all executive compensation data in accurate and usable form.
  • Lead the annual executive goal process by coordinating with appropriate stakeholders and preparation of material for timely delivery to senior leadership.
  • Responsible for the preparation of all executive orientation, retirement and communication materials.
  • Ensure the accuracy and timely delivery of all reporting related to executive compensation programs.
  • Prepare annual compensation risk assessment to be included in the Compensation Committee material and proxy statement.

Qualifications

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 3-5 years’ experience in compensation, executive compensation, consulting, or similar analytical role.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel is required.
  • Able to multitask and work in an environment with multiple deadlines.
  • Successful in environments that require working both independently and as part of a team, with initiative and accuracy.
  • Previous experience preferred: equity administration, executive compensation processes and analyses, and / or board meeting support.
  • Detail orientation in all elements of executive compensation from analysis to executive communication and presentations.
  • Experience executing processes and ensuring compliance with policy, legal and administrative requirements.
  • Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills to establish and maintain relationships with internal and external partners.
