Job Description
Allergan Aesthetics, an AbbVie Company, is recruiting an Business Insights Expert reporting to the Sales Force Effectiveness & Business Intelligence Manager for our Aesthetics division in France & Benelux.
This position is based in Boulogne-Billancourt, in the Paris greater metropolitan area in France.
The Business Insights Expert will play a pivotal role in providing analytical support and insights to drive strategic business decisions within the company. This role will focus on commercial analytics, KPI development, market insights, and customer experience analytics to optimize business performance.
Key Responsibilities:
•Commercial Analytics & KPIs: Develop and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess business performance. Provide in-depth commercial analytics to support strategic planning and decision-making.
•Business Insights Consolidation: Consolidate various data sources to provide a comprehensive view of business insights, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and objectives.
•Market Insights: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, competitive dynamics, and growth opportunities. Provide actionable insights to support market positioning.
•Customer Experience Analytics: Analyze customer experience data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty.
•Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into actionable tools, reports and processes.
•Continuous Improvement: Identify and drive process improvements to enhance business efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications
Allergan Aesthetics is looking for an individual with a Bachelor’s degree and/or a Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Data Science, or a related field, with an extensive experience in business analytics, with a strong track record of using data to drive business improvements.

Qualities, competencies, and knowledge:
• Technical Skills: Proficiency with visualization BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI and preferred experience with like analytical tools such as SQL, Python, R,
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical approach with the ability to interpret complex datasets and translate them into actionable insights.
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, capable of presenting data-driven insights clearly and persuasively to stakeholders.
• Business Acumen: Deep understanding of business operations and the ability to connect analytical insights to strategic business objectives.
