Job Description
- Provides strategic business partnering in Brand Teams
- Manages brand P&Ls, perform variance analysis vs. benchmarks and flags them to commercial leadership team
- Reinforce and spread finance capability in brand team members and other functional Teams (Market Access, Medical etc)
- Preparing & filing complete set of analyses for financial plan, updates, LBE (latest estimates) and LRP (Long Range Plan) planning cycles
- Reporting of the mandatory month, quarter and annual financial reporting and analysis requirements
- Contribute to monthly closing activities for sales as well as quarterly closing for expenses
- Preparing forecast review slides, back up and active participation into reviews
- Coordinate price change approvals in pricing database
- Active cooperation with Region/Area FP&A & Brand Finance teams
- Runs scenarios together with the BUD (Business Unit Director) for new assets launches
- Acting as the single point of contact for finance matters within Therapeutic Areas
- Participates actively in the monthly S&OP meetings
- Support annual audits & other external/internal audits & surveys wherever necessary
- Preparing regular and ad hoc reports for local management and HQ
- Actively contribute to development & improvement of finance tools & processes
Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s degree preferably in finance, business administration or economics.
- Preferably Master degree in Finance
- A relevant experience of 5 years
- Strong computer skills – Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- Knowledge of automation tools as well as capacity to design PowerBI reports a plus
- English fluency
- Good inter-personal communication skills

- Excellent communication abilities & customer sense
- Accuracy in work with numbers
