Job Description
The Global Drug Supply Management (GDSM) Clinical Supply Sr. Warehouse Attendant is responsible for executing against various shipping, receiving, and destruction requests as communicated via Project Management (CSPM), Shipping Documentation, Drug Supply Managers (DSM), as well as through management. Fulfilment of these requests (both scheduled and ad-hoc) must be timely with extreme attention to detail, quality, and compliance. The Clinical Supply Warehouse Attendant will work with the above teams including their peers and Quality Assurance to accomplish all their objectives and responsibilities. Within the warehouse, the Clinical Supply Senior Warehouse Attendant acts as both a Lead and as an SME in all listed Responsibilities.
Responsibilities
- In addition to Grade 5 Warehouse Attendant responsibilities:
• Leads the warehouse pack-out area including the day-to-day coordination of shipping requests.
• Receives in and approves all drug material and ancillaries.
• Successfully processes deduct and re-receipt activities.
• Performs On-Demand Labelling (ODL) activities. - Possesses a very good understanding of all warehouse inventory management system modules/activities.
- Sustains a low level of quality mistakes.
- Reviews inventory regularly to purge aging inventory. Identifies and resolves any inventory discrepancies.
- Reach and Walkie-truck trained to physically move material within the warehouse as well as to and from the GDSM Lake County Packaging line.
- Provides van delivery service on miscellaneous shipments, analytical and file samples when needed.
- Can effectively lead all yearly physical inventory/cycle counting activities including the resolution of any material discrepancies.
- Has been successfully cross-trained in at least one other operational area, preferably Shipping Documentation.
- Reviews various reports and records for temperature storage compliance.
- Has successfully trained on IATA/DOT for hazardous shipping.
- Can process and receive transfers including the creation and breaking of system shippers.
- Keeps track of all critical non-inventory (non-inventory system) items (i.e. Greenbox, hazardous systems).
Qualifications
- HS Graduate or GED with 2 plus years of warehouse and/or inventory experience, preferably within a Pharmaceutical Operations setting.
- Has successfully cross-trained in at least one other operational area.
- Reach truck trained.
- Hazardous Material of Trade Shipping (IATA/DOT trained.)
- Has obtained CDA status for the handling of controlled drugs.

The compensation range described below is the range of possible base pay compensation that the Company believes in good faith it will pay for this role at the time of this posting based on the job grade for this position. Individual compensation paid within this range will depend on many factors including geographic location, and we may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.
