Job Description

The AMI Associate Manager supports the development, coordination and delivery of the AMI strategy across the UK and Ireland. The role plays a key part in the execution of high-quality educational initiatives for healthcare professionals (HCPs), helping to advance scientific understanding, improve clinical practice and support the appropriate use of Allergan Aesthetics products.

Working closely with the AMI Manager and wider cross-functional stakeholders, the AMI Associate Manager contributes to the planning, development and implementation of educational content, faculty engagement, programme execution and performance tracking. The role requires strong organisational capability, excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to stakeholder management, compliance and continuous improvement.

Key Accountabilities

1. Support the development and implementation of the AMI strategy

· Support the AMI Manager in executing the UK and Ireland AMI plan in line with business priorities, compliance requirements and local market needs.

· Contribute to the definition of strategic objectives, educational priorities and programme scope.

· Assist in translating strategy into practical initiatives that support HCP learning and clinical practice improvement.

2. Support the design and delivery of educational content and programmes

· Assist in the development of scientific and clinical educational materials for AMI activities.

· Support the adaptation of global materials for local use where required, while maintaining scientific integrity and consistency.

· Help coordinate the delivery of educational experiences that meet the needs of HCPs and other relevant audiences.

· Contribute to briefing materials and communication plans to support executional excellence.

3. HCP and AMI faculty engagement

· Work in close collaboration with the AMI Manager and AMI Lead to support the management, strategy and development of the UK and Ireland AMI faculty.

· Assist in building and maintaining relationships with AMI faculty members and key opinion leaders to understand learning needs and gather insights.

· Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure educational activities are relevant, credible and impactful.

4. Programme planning, execution and operational support

· Support the tactical delivery of AMI activities from concept through to execution.

· Coordinate and management of timelines, meeting logistics, materials, budgets, vendors and operational requirements where applicable.

· Support the reconciliation of AMI events and ensure the required documentation is accurate and complete.

· Ensure programmes are delivered efficiently, on time and in compliance with internal policies and external regulations.

· Maintain clear documentation and governance throughout the programme lifecycle.

5. Measurement of impact and continuous improvement

· Support the monitoring of qualitative and quantitative KPIs and success measures for AMI activities.

· Support in evaluating programme effectiveness using feedback, participation data and other relevant metrics.

· Use insights to help refine content, improve delivery methods and enhance the overall quality of the AMI offering.

· Help prepare updates, summaries and recommendations for internal stakeholders as required.

6. Cross-functional collaboration and compliance

· Work closely with Marketing, Medical, Commercial, Regulatory, Legal, Finance and Compliance to support the review and approval of activities and materials.

· Maintain a strong understanding of relevant policies, codes and regulatory requirements affecting AMI activities in the UK and Ireland.

· Ensure all activities are conducted with a high standard of business ethics, integrity and professional accountability.

· Support compliance processes, documentation and follow-up actions as needed.

Qualifications

· Degree in a scientific, medical, healthcare or related discipline preferred not essential

· Experience in medical education, pharmaceutical, medical device or healthcare industries preferred

· Strong organisational and coordination skills

· Experience supporting HCP-facing activities, events or educational programmes preferred

· Ability to communicate clinical and scientific information clearly and accurately.

· Experience working with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.

· Awareness of compliance and ethical requirements in a regulated environment.

· Experience with project coordination, event support or budget tracking would be an advantage.
