Location
- Central, Taiwan
Primary Function / Objective
- Ensure consistent sales achievement in the assigned territory.
- Provide quality products and services to customers.
- Develop technical and selling skills to meet customer needs.
- Identify business opportunities while maintaining existing business.
Core Job Responsibilities
- Provide monthly sales information to the Sales Manager to support forecast development.
- Work with the Sales Manager to develop and execute the sales plan after forecast approval.
- Implement product sales strategies to achieve sales goals and targets.
- Use selling skills and regular customer contact to meet customer needs and territory targets.
- Develop and communicate daily, weekly, and monthly plans and results to Sales and Marketing Management.
- Communicate market intelligence to Sales and Marketing Management.
- Attend marketing activities, conferences, health talks, exhibitions, booths, and trade displays as required.
- Ensure territory activities are executed professionally and in compliance with AbbVie standards and Code of Conduct.
- Maintain territory and customer records.
- Attend regular departmental meetings and provide continuous feedback.

- Plan and execute a flexible 90-day territory management plan.
- Manage territory resources accurately and on time.
- Use SFE and other tools to collect customer data and visit records, then analyze them for planning.
Qualifications
Education / Experience / Qualifications
- B.A., B.S., or healthcare-related diploma/degree required.
- Ability to understand the complexity of technology, clinical procedures, and administrative requirements.
- At least 2 years of prior sales management experience preferred.
- GP/ Clinics related experience is preferred
- Previous experience in Neurology, Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Psychiatry preferred.
- Strong business understanding and ability to anticipate future opportunities.
- Persistence and resilience when facing obstacles.
- Ability to build strong relationships across teams and external partners.
- Agility and accountability to manage multiple tasks, including digital transformation, under aggressive timelines.
- Strong selling skills, territory management, and execution capability.
