The work

We invite you to join the Talent Development Operations entity within Accenture, being exclusively dedicated to support our clients on training and change management projects.

More specifically, you will implement change management actions – such as training needs analysis, stakeholder impact analysis, communications, training material development, training administration and change community management (as well as other training and change management related activities).

You will propose adapted solutions to our clients by using tools and methods from our excellence centers.

People

  • You will lead co-creation workshops with our clients and/or business solution experts

  • You will work closely with our excellence centers to design and develop digital trainings for our clients

  • You will lead impact analysis workshops with our client stakeholders

  • You will work closely with colleagues from across Accenture to deliver the best training solutions to our clients

Processes

  • Prepare and lead training sessions

  • Measure engagement and adoption

  • Coordinate and follow training and attendance

  • Implement change management actions regarding Communication, Training, User support, etc.

  • Design training content: training materials, tutorials, e-learning, etc.

  • Design communication media: newsletters, posters, flyers, etc.

  • Update training materials

Technology

  • Analyze and formalize the training needs for tools (SAP, Salesforce, etc.) and / or business (project management, purchasing, accounting, management control, etc.)
