The Mortgage Post Closer assists with mortgage loan closing process by reviewing loan documents for compliance, completeness and accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:
Obtains missing information, prepares files, and provides support to internal and external customers
Responsible for the accuracy and maintenance of the documents of final recorded and non recorded closing documents
Follows up with the Title Company and or borrower for document corrections, missing signatures until resolved
Collects trailing documents, such as the recorded mortgage and final title policy
Delivers complete closed loan packages to Investor, works to clear pre purchase conditions and complete data entry of purchase advice information
