JOB SUMMARY (a few sentences)

The Business & Technology Delivery Specialist will be working on developing business Automation and Technology solutions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES (BULLETS)

• Conceptualize, develop, test and implement various advanced technology solutions.
• Leverage a combination of multiple approaches for project execution, including internal assets, third-party and open source solutions to create unique methods of delivery.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, subject matter experts, client teams and other functional teams globally to understand business problems and conceptualize, design and execute solutions using various technologies.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS (BULLETS)

• Education – Bachelors in Computer Science or related disciplines.
• Overall 6-8 years of experience in Technology Delivery and Project Management with hands on experience in Automation and Full Stack Development with excellent UI Skills, primarily on MS Power Platform.
• Experience in more than one of the following technologies, with expertise in at least one – SharePoint Development, MS Power Apps, Power Automate, Excel VBA.
• Proficient verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to work with diverse teams and stakeholders globally.
• Ability to understand complex real world business problems, often in ambiguous scenario, and transform into workable solutions.

PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS (BULLETS)

• Desired – Certified Scrum Master.
