• Work closely with clients on complex client problems and leverage your domain knowledge and consulting skills to help them achieve their goals.

• Conduct analysis to determine best path for solving business problems that may include process improvement, systems enhancement, user training, and software procurement.

• Gather facts through research, interviews, and surveys, to analyse the client's business processes, draw conclusions, prepare final reports, and give presentations.

• Evaluate relative costs, benefits, and obstacles of potential solutions
  and implement the plans as defined.

• Interface with cross functional client teams to perform project management activities.

• Conduct business readiness assessment and follow best practices to drive project implementation.

• MBA from Tier-1 B-school

• 2-7 years of work experience in top strategy, management technology consulting firms or analytics firms for banks or financial services company

• Exposure to digital payment products including wallets and has direct experience in the fintech/financial services industry with e-commerce, payment acceptance, and technology development

• Payment experience, including an understanding of, and experience in, delivering projects with one or more of the following focus areas

• Digital Wallets

• Open Banking

• Digital currencies (cryptocurrency, CDBC)

• Transaction life cycles of payment products and solutions (e.g., credit cards, wires, Cheques, AFT)

• Exposure to Financial operations, including settlement operations, reconciliation, and exception processing

• Functional knowledge of money movement capabilities including peer-to-peer payments, wires, remittances, debit, and digital wallet solutions and the underlying infrastructure for high value, low value, and instant payments

• Manage and assess digital payment partnership capabilities, offerings, pricing, and terms for business needs and proactively identify opportunities for future payments optimization.
