Summary: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. You will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of projects and providing technical guidance to the team. Your typical day will involve collaborating with stakeholders, analyzing requirements, designing solutions, and overseeing the development process. You will also be involved in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, as well as mentoring junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. - Lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications. - Act as the primary point of contact for project-related activities. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements. - Design innovative and efficient solutions to meet business needs. - Oversee the development process and ensure timely delivery of projects. - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues that arise during development. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP UI5 Development. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP FIORI/Gateway architecture. - Strong understanding of front-end development principles and best practices. - Experience in developing responsive and user-friendly UI5 applications. - Knowledge of SAP UI5 libraries and frameworks. - Familiarity with SAP Fiori design guidelines and principles. - Experience in integrating UI5 applications with SAP backend systems. - Understanding of OData services and SAP Gateway. - Solid grasp of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and related web technologies. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in SAP UI5 Development. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.15 years full time education
