Job Title: Construction Category Manager

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Construction Management/Engineering, Finance, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 7 years of experience in sourcing, category management, or procurement roles, with a focus on managing construction, facilities or logistics spend categories.
• Experience with sourcing strategies, CapEx, OpEx, project delivery options, RFx processes, negotiations, and supplier evaluations within designated categories.
• Experience with agreements and partnering with cross-functional partners.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree and certification in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Experience analyzing procurement data, generating reports, and providing insights to support decision-making and performance evaluation within the category.
• Experience developing, managing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and metrics to measure category, supplier and project performance and track progress.
• Experience leveraging technology and analytic tools to enhance category management practices and drive data-driven decision-making.
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to lead strategic projects aimed at improving processes, implementing new strategies, or driving innovation.
