The Practice – A Brief Sketch

As a part of the High-Tech industry practice, you will work with leading high-tech clients across the globe, develop and execute global strategies, manage complex change initiatives, and integrate solutions to meet changing business challenges.

Job Description: We are seeking a seasoned senior manager with minimum 12 years of experience, with at least 80% relevant experience driving transformations in consumer electronics companies, to join our team. The ideal candidate will be shaping our consulting offerings for consumer electronics industry segment, lead client engagements, and lead consumer electronics capability growth by identifying new business opportunities and stewarding business development activities.

Key Responsibilities:

As a part of the team, you’ll help drive the following:

  • Business Industry Expertise: In-depth e2e process knowledge, differentiating use cases and knowledge of consumer electronics industry best practices and relevant benchmarks.
  • Bridge the gap between business problems and a solutions: Ability to think through problems and make actionable recommendations through assessment and solutioning.
  • Assets, Solutions and POVs: Ability to lead a team to build Accenture level assets, solutions and industry PoV’s related to consumer electronics segment.
  • Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the consumer electronics segment.
  • Develop and implement strategic solutions for clients, focusing on areas such as digital transformation, innovation, operational efficiency, and customer engagement.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including technology, operations, and client account teams, to ensure integrated and effective strategies.
  • Lead client workshops and meetings, presenting insights and recommendations clearly and persuasively.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and partner in their growth journey.
  • Stay abreast of industry developments, technologies, and competitive landscapes to provide forward-thinking advice.
  • Mentor and develop junior consultants, fostering a culture of learning and excellence.

  • Functional hands-on experience: on Corporate & Business Strategy, Product Engineering, Sales, Marketing & Communications, Supply Chain Management, Customer Service, Human Capital Management, Business Application & Infrastructure Management, Finance & Accounting, Data Management & other functions.
  • Create valid business case and strategic transformation roadmap: Good understanding of market realities, benefit to business and complexities of implementation to define strategic roadmap for consumer electronics clients
  • Use creativity and innovation: Able to work in a fast-paced environment with the ability to abstract detail into larger patterns.
  • Senior stakeholder management : Experience of working with senior stakeholders for alignment and buy-in of projects led by the candidate
