Summary: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. You will be responsible for overseeing the entire application development process and ensuring its successful implementation. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, managing the team's performance, and making key decisions. You will contribute to problem-solving and provide solutions for your immediate team and across multiple teams. This position requires strong leadership skills and expertise in application development. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME - Collaborate and manage the team to perform - Responsible for team decisions - Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams - Lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications - Act as the primary point of contact for application-related matters - Oversee the entire application development process - Collaborate with cross-functional teams - Manage the team's performance - Make key decisions to ensure successful implementation - Contribute to problem-solving and provide solutions - Ensure effective communication and coordination among team members - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies - Identify areas for improvement and implement best practices - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Quality Management (QM) - Experience with SAP Quality Management (QM) - Strong understanding of quality management principles and processes - Knowledge of SAP modules and integration with Quality Management (QM) - Experience in configuring and customizing SAP Quality Management (QM) - Hands-on experience in implementing quality management solutions - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP Quality Management (QM) - Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP ERP modules - Experience with SAP S/4HANA - Knowledge of SAP implementation methodologies - Experience in data migration and system integration - Understanding of business processes and requirements - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in SAP Quality Management (QM) - This position is based at our Ahmedabad office - A 15 years full-time education is required15 years full time education
